This role involves preparing and deploying essential IT infrastructure for medical practices and psychotherapists, supporting the ongoing digitalization of the healthcare sector. The IT Service Technician is responsible for the full lifecycle preparation of IT equipment, including servers, PCs, printers, and peripherals, encompassing installation, configuration, and rigorous function testing. A key focus is executing hardware rollout and replacement projects, ensuring defined standards are met and software distribution is seamless. Daily tasks also include setting up complex Windows environments, managing network services like Hyper-V, SQL, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS in both client and server environments. Candidates must have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician) and possess practical experience in hardware installation and system configuration.
