This role involves ensuring the flawless IT operation for users of a leading provider of practice management software for German medical facilities. The IT Administrator will handle technical support inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, focusing on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Windows Client/Server environments. A key responsibility is analyzing and resolving software and hardware errors, configuring and monitoring virtual environments and server operating systems, and maintaining transparent documentation through the ticketing system. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, with initial experience in IT support, ideally gained at an IT service provider. Expertise in network technology, virtualization, and Windows Server is essential, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to quickly resolve technical issues.
