Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st-Level Support for Telematics Infrastructure (TI) issues within a leading provider of practice software for medical facilities in Germany. The successful candidate will independently handle errors, changes, and extensions related to TI hardware, software, and user administration. Key responsibilities include managing incoming service desk inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing systems, documenting these requests, and coordinating with customers and relevant specialized departments, working closely with 2nd-Level Support. Candidates should have a background as an IT Specialist or be a career changer with relevant professional experience in the IT sector, particularly in helpdesk activities, IT hardware/software, and Windows operating systems. Experience with Telematics Infrastructure is desirable.
