Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT services for medical facilities, supporting the digitization of the German healthcare system. The Field IT Service Technician will be responsible for executing complex software and hardware rollouts, managing service transactions, and installing/configuring specialized practice management software, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft client/server environments on various hardware platforms. A critical part of the job includes providing technical support to users via phone and remote access, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues efficiently. Candidates must possess a strong background in system integration or IT electronics, excellent network knowledge (TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPN), and ideally, experience supporting IT in a medical context. This position requires a service-oriented approach, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and adherence to quality assurance standards, making it a crucial customer-facing technical support role.
