Job Summary

This role is for a Junior IT Support Technician joining a leading global IT service provider focused on infrastructure services for large enterprises and the public sector. The core responsibilities involve hands-on hardware management and end-user support. Day-to-day tasks include configuring, installing, and deploying PCs, notebooks, and printers, performing Windows 10 imaging, setting up and cabling workstations, and assisting with IT rollouts and office moves. A crucial part of the job is providing 1st Level Onsite and telephone support to end-users regarding client-side issues, and meticulously documenting all tasks, assets, and processes within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training in an IT field (like an IT Specialist) or possess relevant experience as an IT Support Technician. Essential requirements include excellent German language skills, a reliable and self-driven work ethic, and a Class B driving license. This position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff compensation, and long-term project assignments with high potential for direct customer takeover.
