Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated student to delve into basic research on cereal inflorescence development and its impact on yield. The successful candidate will be trained in wheat flower biology and detailed phenotyping, performing both macroscopic and microscopic analysis of wheat flowers in greenhouse and field settings. Key responsibilities include data analysis, interpretation of results, and involvement in post-harvest processing. - • Previous exposure to plant phenotyping in cereals is an advantage

Additional
- Foreign qualifications must undergo an equivalence test in Germany, to be presented upon hiring. Position starts between February 1 and March 15, 2026, for a duration of six months. Up to 75 hours per month.
