Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, primarily handling customer inquiries via phone and a ticketing system. The specialist will be responsible for supporting various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, network, and firewalls, with a focus on Windows clients, Windows servers, and Linux systems. Key responsibilities also include administration and monitoring of customer systems and thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, proven support experience in Microsoft environments (including MS Office 365), and a structured approach to troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
