Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer at ESMC, a joint venture by TSMC, Bosch, Infineon, and NXP, you will be instrumental in establishing a stable and reliable power supply for a new semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dresden. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing energy-related construction projects, managing the power supply system, and ensuring uninterrupted power through routine maintenance and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with internal and external partners to coordinate operations and resolve issues, while also contributing to ESH, cost management, and energy-saving initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a cutting-edge fab in Europe, leveraging the expertise of global technology leaders in a fast-paced, international startup environment.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience; or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience
Experience
- Professional experience in electronics operations, ideally in the semiconductor industry (if Bachelor's degree)
- 3+ years in electronics operations, ideally in the semiconductor industry (if Bachelor's degree)
