As an Engineering Lead for Health & Performance, you will be instrumental in developing innovative, agent-based solutions for internal and external partners. Your core responsibility will involve extracting insights from diverse health and performance data using artificial intelligence to build transformative and interoperable products. This role requires you to design and implement suitable architectures for handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data, guiding complex product development from proof-of-concept to production while ensuring quality and future viability. You will lead a core engineering team, fostering their development and guaranteeing high-quality outcomes, all within an interdisciplinary agile environment collaborating with AI Engineers, Product Owners, and various departments. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data and AI to create impactful B2C applications in health and performance.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, a comparable field of study, or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Health, Performance/Sport, or B2C application development
- Practical experience in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
- Experience in software development and deploying software products to production
- Experience in leading an engineering team
