Job Summary

Join a dynamic IT team in Mainz as an IT Onsite Technician, playing a crucial role in maintaining the local IT service and client infrastructure. You will be responsible for resolving IT incidents and service requests, installing and configuring Windows operating systems, and providing direct user support for PCs, notebooks, and other IT equipment. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work efficiently within a ticket system.
