Job Summary

This role, based in Karlsruhe with home office flexibility, involves ensuring the smooth operation of critical IT processes as an IT Network Support Specialist within an innovative technology group. Day-to-day duties include the independent integration, monitoring, and optimization of core network components such as routers, switches, and access points. You will provide essential 2nd and 3rd-Level support for customers and colleagues, occasionally collaborating directly with hardware manufacturers. A significant part of the role involves actively participating in customer network projects and contributing to the renewal and modernization of the company's core network infrastructure. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT Specialist qualification (System Integration) and possesses several years of 2nd-Level IT support experience, coupled with prior knowledge of LAN technologies, preferably Cisco or Juniper.
