Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician at audius in Stuttgart-Weilimdorf, you will play a pivotal role in the IT Workplace Lifecycle Services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities and maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). On a day-to-day basis, you will handle hardware incidents, process service requests, and manage IMAC/D services for mobile devices including notebooks and smartphones. You will be responsible for installing and configuring Windows 10/11 devices and providing direct technical consultation to users. This role is highly dynamic, involving the local delivery of client hardware using a company vehicle. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support using ticket systems
  • Proven experience with hardware and software troubleshooting for end-user devices
  • Practical experience in the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems
  • Experience working within ITIL-standardized environments
  • Professional background in customer-facing technical service roles
