Job Summary

This role as a Technical Dynamics 365 Consultant involves actively shaping future-oriented Dynamics 365 solutions and taking technical ownership in exciting customer projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in the holistic execution of customized projects, spanning from the initial kickoff through to final commissioning. A core function is the technical elaboration of programming requirements, supporting the team, and ensuring the quality of services delivered. You will also administer projects within the internal CRM system and monitor project success, focusing on analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing customer processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI. Candidates must possess initial experience in consulting or project management within IT, particularly concerning MS Dynamics CRM, ERP, or BI systems. A systematic, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies are essential.
