Job Summary
Join a globally active team focusing on digital transformation by providing essential IT support to medium-sized clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, analyzing and classifying incoming IT incidents related to hardware and software via ticketing systems and telephone. Your daily tasks include independently managing support requests, developing solutions for end-users, or escalating complex issues to specialized departments following ITIL processes. You will be responsible for meticulous documentation and coordination of all actions taken. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or equivalent professional experience in a User Help Desk environment, strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Client operating systems and MS Office, and fluency in German alongside good English skills. This full-time, permanent position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Germany and requires participation in shift work.
