Job Summary

This role involves working in an extended IT Service Desk/User Help Desk, primarily supporting end-users and IT professionals across numerous mid-sized client companies. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and classifying incoming IT incidents related to hardware and software via ticketing systems and telephone support. Key daily tasks include independently handling support and service inquiries, developing solutions for users, or escalating complex issues to specialized departments following ITIL process definitions. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or possess comparable professional experience in a User Help Desk environment. Essential qualifications include strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems (Win7/8/10) and MS Office, coupled with excellent communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
