Job Summary

The Waterways and Shipping Office Mosel-Saar-Lahn is seeking a Certified Electrical Engineering Technician for its Southwest Mechanical Engineering Department in Koblenz. This role focuses on ensuring the electrical safety and coordination of shore power connections for inland shipping and EV charging stations across Germany. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with project oversight, drafting and awarding framework agreements for installation and operation, and providing central support to other offices for construction and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical power engineering, knowledge of relevant standards and procurement processes, and excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and coordinate with various stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dynamic work environment in public service.
