Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems, primarily within the medical, biology, chemistry, and pharmacy departments of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, perform regular inspections and optimizations of MSR, TGA, and building management systems, and act as a key contact for external service providers, including their commissioning and oversight. This position requires a proactive, service-oriented individual with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team, contributing to the excellent infrastructure vital for outstanding research and teaching.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Technician, Master Craftsman, or Industrial Master Craftsman in energy and building technology, electrical engineering, measurement technology, control technology, or regulation technology, or an equivalent qualification.
