Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management of complex Citrix environments, from design and implementation to day-to-day operations. The specialist will administer Citrix farms, including Terminal Servers, VDI with MCS, and VDA, while also supporting Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 clients. Key responsibilities include managing Group Policies, providing 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting and support with direct client interaction, participating in projects, processing tickets in ITSM systems, and maintaining thorough documentation. Required Skills
Education
University degree with a focus on IT or IT vocational training
Experience
- Expert knowledge in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (current version)
- Very good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
- Knowledge of desktop virtualization (VDI, VMware)
- Experience in a media environment, ideally at a broadcasting company
