Job Summary
This role is for an IT Specialist focused on driving digital transformation, specifically by overseeing the entire lifecycle of business processes beyond ERP boundaries and transitioning from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 HANA. Day-to-day, you will be involved in everything from ideation and implementation to training and support, utilizing both agile and traditional project management methodologies. As part of the technical SAP team, you will bridge the gap between IT and business departments, advise SAP Key Users internationally, and manage external IT partners. The position is attractive for professionals seeking to take on system responsibility and contribute to global M&A and SAP rollout projects within a globally distributed team.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in implementing IT projects within SAP order processing
- Deep understanding of purchasing processes in the SAP MM environment (SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA)
- Experience with interfaces and connecting a purchasing platform
