Job Summary

This critical role as the Information Security Incident Management (ISIM) Process Owner involves governing, coordinating, and continuously enhancing ZEISS’ security incident response framework. Day-to-day tasks include defining and documenting incident response policies, workflows, and playbooks, while providing strategic guidance to the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team. A core responsibility is optimizing the use and governance of the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module, enhancing automation and reporting capabilities to drive faster response times. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field, coupled with at least five years of experience in cybersecurity process ownership and governance.
