This role involves leading the development of innovative steel materials and process technologies, from initial lab phase to industrial series production. The successful candidate will independently manage development projects within interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with production, technical customer consulting, sales, and clients. A key responsibility is to analyze the relationships between process parameters and material-specific properties to optimize solutions, contributing to sustainable material solutions and the transformation towards hydrogen metallurgy. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Materials Engineering, Material Science, Metallurgy, Metallurgical Physics, or similar; a doctorate is advantageous.
