Job Summary

As an AI Empowerment Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and scaling AI-powered learning and adoption programs across various roles and business units. Your daily tasks will involve integrating modern platforms with personalized learning paths, interactive labs, and automated journeys. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing an AI Community of Practice and a Champions network, while meticulously measuring impact through KPIs and telemetry. This role is crucial for embedding AI usage sustainably within the company, ensuring governance, security-by-design, and effective storytelling. You will design adoption strategies, implement segmented rollout plans, and develop personalized, role-based learning offerings using Copilot tutors and adaptive microlearning.
