Job Summary

This leadership role involves functional and disciplinary management of the Technology Solutions department, focusing on ensuring a high-performance architecture and platform landscape, including IT security, IT governance, and Cloud architecture. The Head of Technology Solutions is responsible for translating departmental strategy into concrete measures, leading and developing assigned teams (including recruitment and performance review), and managing resources for projects and ongoing tasks to maximize efficiency. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and enforcement of the target architecture and Cloud strategy in compliance with security and governance requirements, and managing resource and capacity planning within Energy Trading IT. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and substantial experience in leading teams or projects, preferably within the energy or IT sector, demonstrating strong initiative and strategic execution skills.
