Job Summary

This role involves hands-on IT service and support, primarily focusing on the installation, expansion, and maintenance of network components, client systems, and media technology, particularly video conferencing systems, in public buildings. A key aspect is the ability to reconfigure and commission data networks, sometimes during live operations, and to provide on-site support for ITK (Information and Communication Technology) issues. The position also includes participation in large-scale IT rollouts and installations of servers, clients, and communication systems. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in IT systems, practical experience with data and electronic networks, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
