Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist to join a leading global IT service provider, focusing on infrastructure services for large enterprises and the public sector. The specialist will be responsible for critical data center operations, including patching, managing IMAC services, and ensuring proper power and network cabling (fiber and copper) in server rooms. Key tasks also involve fulfilling standard and VIP service requests, distributing RSA tokens, and managing inventory including RMA/Trade-In processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong networking skills, and experience with data center environments.
