Job Summary

This role is for a Junior IT Technician who will be instrumental in providing essential IT infrastructure services and support. Day-to-day, you'll handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks and incident resolution for desktops, notebooks, and thin clients. This includes software installations, replacing and commissioning new devices, and assisting users with technical queries. You will process orders using a ticketing system and be involved in rollouts or onsite support. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong hardware knowledge, and experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office.
