Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite Support Technician to join a leading IT company in Europe, specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and system house services. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing on-site support to clients in the Donauwörth area, installing and configuring hardware and software, and assisting with network issues and system failures. The technician will also manage Windows clients, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals, meticulously documenting all work in a ticketing system and collaborating closely with 2nd and 3rd level support teams. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory, and prior experience in IT support or field service.
