Job Summary

As a Microsoft System Engineer, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT services to small and medium-sized businesses in Munich and Upper Bavaria. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, offering 1st and 2nd level support both remotely and on-site, and administering Windows, Citrix, and Terminal Servers. You will manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, MS Exchange, Citrix Terminalserver, XenApp, and vSphere, and be responsible for the implementation and ongoing development of client IT software and network infrastructures.
