Job Summary

This role is for a Software Support Specialist to join a successful ERP software developer for the financial services sector in Munich. You will work closely with software development and project management teams, defining and executing test cases for quality assurance, including interface, usability, and performance tests for new software functions. A key part of your day will involve analyzing customer feedback, generating reports, and deriving optimization measures for quality management and service processes. You'll also provide direct and remote software support, including error analysis and resolution, and contribute to test concept creation and documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a leading company within the DACH region's financial services IT sector, with the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
