Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for a leading IT solutions and service management company. Your daily tasks will involve providing 2nd-level support both on-site and remotely, installing and configuring IT workstations (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers), and performing hardware troubleshooting and repairs, including warranty processing. You will also be responsible for processing tickets, documenting your work, and supporting Windows systems and common Office applications. This role requires a structured approach to working with ticketing systems, good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a 3-shift model with travel readiness. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Specialist) or comparable qualifications

- Driving license Class B, willingness to travel, ability to work in a 3-shift model.
