Job Summary

This hands-on role in Hannover seeks an engaged IT Technician to provide essential onsite support, focusing on client systems and user assistance within a professional corporate environment. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various IT end devices such as desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. The technician will be responsible for structured analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of IT system disruptions, as well as meticulous documentation within the customer's service management system. They will also assist with hardware and software rollouts and technical transitions. Candidates must possess completed technical IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and client hardware, and proven experience in central software distribution and rollout environments. The position offers a full-time, permanent contract (after an initial temporary phase), flexible working hours, extensive training opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
