Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for managing complex building construction projects, working closely with architects from planning through completion. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring timely execution, managing costs, and handling construction administration using specialized software. A crucial part of the role is creating detailed performance specifications (Devisierung) following NPK standards and performing CAD-based quantity surveying. Candidates must possess professional experience as a Construction Manager or strong expertise in execution planning, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard software like Messerli BauAd and CAD tools.
