Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Global Clinical Program Manager to join the Clinical Operations Program Leadership team. You will serve as a planning expert, leveraging strong project management skills and clinical operations experience to ensure the timely and budget-compliant delivery of global clinical program deliverables. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders across diverse regions and time zones, managing program-related information to support critical decision-making, and acting as an expert in project management activities such as budget planning, tracking, risk management, and change control. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree, a minimum of three years of experience in clinical program management, and proven expertise in Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience) in a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical program management in clinical studies
  • Proven experience in project management within clinical studies
  • Professional experience applying corporate procedures and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Experience with portfolio management or project tracking tools (e.g., Planisware, Smartsheet)
  • Professional experience in stakeholder management and communication, including leading without authority in a matrix environment
