As the Head of IT Infrastructure and Support, you will lead a team of approximately 25 professionals responsible for the seamless technical operation and 1st to 3rd level support of the entire IT infrastructure for around 2,000 users at the Heilbronn District Office. This pivotal role involves strategic development of the IT landscape, integrating innovative technologies while upholding stringent security standards. You will foster an open, solution-oriented team culture, optimize IT support across all levels, and collaborate closely with IT security experts.
