Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will provide direct, on-site IT assistance to end-users within a traditional Berlin-based company. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently resolving IT issues, coordinating service appointments, installing and configuring hardware components, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support for systems including PCs, notebooks, and printers.
