Job Summary
This role as an IT Service Technician in Hallstadt involves providing comprehensive IT support and customer service. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining hardware and software, as well as client and server environments. Day-to-day tasks include implementing systems into existing networks, providing support for IT environments, assisting with IT project planning and implementation, handling 1st level support inquiries, and prioritizing 2nd level support requests.
