This Senior In-House Consultant role focuses on driving strategic business process development, particularly in quality and transformation, within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. They will hold end-to-end responsibility for high-visibility programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and establishing standards for excellent Business Process Management. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering

Experience

  • Several years of experience in analyzing and optimizing complex business processes in a strategic or consulting environment
  • Professional experience with quality-relevant processes
  • Proven project and program management competence, preferably with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2
