Job Summary
This remote Field Service Technician role involves providing essential technical service for laboratory instruments, primarily focusing on weighing technology, for Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG. The successful candidate will be responsible for 1st level support, performing installations, qualifications (IQ|OQ), maintenance, calibrations, repairs, and documentation. This position requires significant travel within Baden-Württemberg and occasionally beyond, serving clients in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. The role emphasizes independent work, strong customer focus, and the ability to maintain and build long-term client relationships. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics; Qualification as an Electrician
Experience
- Professional experience in technical field service
- Experience working with ISO/DAkkS, GMP, or GLP standards is desirable

- Driving license class B; Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 70%) within Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, Bavaria, and occasionally the D-A-CH region; Home office capability
