Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will be the first line of defense for IT issues within a major IT service provider. Day-to-day, you'll be troubleshooting PCs and smartphones, performing installations, moves, additions, and changes (IMACs), and managing hardware. A key part of the role involves processing support tickets, ideally using ServiceNow, and maintaining an overview of all IT assets.
