Job Summary

This role is for a proactive IT Support Allrounder passionate about modern IT solutions, joining a dynamic IT service provider. Day-to-day, you'll be the first and second line of support, handling tickets, setting up new PCs, laptops, and tablets, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This includes installing software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT relocations, and maintaining asset data. The ideal candidate will have a vocational IT qualification, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and foundational knowledge in hardware, software, and networking.
