Job Summary
This role is for an IT Technician to join a dynamic project environment at DLR Cologne, focusing on both network and client support. Day-to-day, you will be instrumental in ensuring stable network operations and reliable system functionality, providing hands-on support for network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points) and performing installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. You will also deliver 1st and 2nd level client support, including hardware setup, software installations, and user assistance.
