This role offers an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to provide essential first and second-level support, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the deployment, setup, and decommissioning of hardware, managing workstation relocations, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. A key part of the role involves coordinating repair services for workstation hardware and configuring/troubleshooting mobile devices through Mobile Device Management. Candidates should possess a relevant IT vocational qualification or equivalent professional experience, combined with a solid understanding of current hardware and software, and experience with client field service or helpdesk systems.
