Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive on-site IT support for a long-standing client within a managed services framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing PCs using SCCM, monitoring their functionality, and managing hardware procurement and services. Key duties also include coordinating IT asset disposal and repair, overseeing IT infrastructure, and monitoring Citrix applications. The position requires strong client management skills, including advising and supporting users. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training/apprenticeship
Experience
- Practical experience in the technical IT field, ideally in managing an IT infrastructure with over 500 clients
- Proven experience in Just-in-Time warehouse management, including goods receipt, material inspection and returns, inventory, warranty and repair processing, and audit-proof asset management and documentation
- Experience in performing client rollouts
