Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Infrastructure Supporter who will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing IT systems for various clients. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues. Key responsibilities also include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring network systems and security protocols, and providing training and support to end-users.
