Supplier Quality Specialist | Supplier Quality (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for comprehensive supplier quality management, focusing on monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement, particularly within the medical device manufacturing sector. Key daily tasks include coordinating supplier performance, managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and overseeing the preparation and follow-up of supplier audits. You will manage corrective and improvement measures for non-conforming products, support the definition and execution of Production Part Approvals (PPAP), including First Article Inspections (FAI), and coordinate supplier-related change notifications. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics) and demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) for medical device manufacturers. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent negotiation skills for quality assurance agreements, and fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
