Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to manage and optimize the electrical systems within a highly automated food production environment in the Verden area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of an 8-person team, ensuring smooth production operations through meticulous planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities. A core part of the role involves active participation in automation projects, including PLC programming, and serving as the primary contact for fault management and spare parts procurement. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in maintenance and team leadership.
