Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated VIP IT Support Specialist in Straubing, focused on providing top-tier technical assistance to C-level management within a leading IT consulting firm. Day-to-day, you will be solving complex IT issues, performing installations and configurations (IMAC support) for hardware and software, and providing discreet support for critical events and meetings. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent, possess strong expertise in M365, media technology, network technology, and mobile devices, and be adept at communicating solutions clearly.
