Job Summary

This role is a crucial IT Service Technician position based in Stuttgart, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the corporate IT infrastructure. The technician will provide direct, on-site support to end-users, handling incoming service requests within the client environment. Key daily tasks include performing standard and warranty repairs on notebooks, desktops, and printers, analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software faults, and managing the installation and configuration of client systems. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, paired with practical experience in hardware (notebooks/desktops), LAN/WLAN applications, and Windows operating systems.
