Job Summary
This role is for an IT Helpdesk Specialist who is passionate about IT and enjoys providing solution-oriented support to users facing technical challenges. The specialist will be responsible for receiving, prioritizing, and resolving incoming IT issues and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Key responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level technical support for hardware and software problems, documenting incidents, and escalating complex requests. The ideal candidate will have an IT education and initial professional experience in IT support, particularly with ticketing systems, Windows operating systems, and Office products.
