As an IoT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in connecting and maintaining intelligent systems for clients in Mannheim. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring IoT sensor systems for stability, analyzing disruption patterns in OT network environments, and resolving technical issues within the IoT infrastructure directly at customer sites. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Internet of Things implementations and managing OT network components and their configurations.
